General Return and Exchange policies

Our policy is in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for:

• Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items: Eligible for a full refund, exchange, or repair. For minor issues, we offer a free repair or replacement/refund if not repairable.

• Change of Mind: No refunds, but exchanges or store credits may be offered for unused items in original packaging, returned within [X] days.


2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for items in original condition and packaging, within [X] days of purchase, with proof of purchase and subject to stock availability.


3. Online Orders

Contact us via Marketplace messaging before returning items. Non approved Returns will not be accepted and may be discarded upon receipt.


4. Excluded Items

No returns/exchanges for essential oils, skincare, supplements, or personalized items unless faulty.


5. Requesting a Return/Exchange

Contact us via Marketplace messaging within the return period with proof of purchase and issue details. You may also request the return within your Order details page. Items must be returned in original condition unless faulty.
